You can now set up a list based auto-replies. What this does is send an SMS to a person when they are added to a list. Whether they are added manually, via a web form or via a keyword, the person will receive an SMS automatically.


1. Click on CONTACTS



2. Click the list you would like to set up automation on.



3. Click on Automation



4. Enabled Auto-Replies YES



5. Enter your message


6. Select your SENDER ID (In this example use shared number option is selected)


7. Click on SAVE button


Options 1-10 explained in more detail below:



1. Forward to Email - If number added to list, alerts this email address
2. Forward to Mobile - If number added to list, alerts this mobile
3. Forward to URL - If number added to list, notifies this URL
4. Email SMS Trigger - if email added, an email that email address is converted to an SMS and sent to contacts in the list

5. Auto Replies - Send auto response message to number added
6. Sender ID - Set who the message comes from
7. Delay - Sets delay from when number added to list to receiving message
8. First message window (left side) - Sends this message when number added to list
9. Second message window (right side) - Sends this message if number already on list (Optional)
10. Contact Update Form > Adds a URL that links to a form to update the contact
11. Cancel or Save changes
