Our default payment option is pre-paid credit, via credit card.

We can change this to pre-paid Electronic Funds Transfer but there are some restrictions. 

These restrictions are:

  • Minimum $1000 top-up
  • Payment must clear before the credit is applied to your account
  • There is additional vetting by the Customer Success team to approve this change

If you make this change, we recommend setting a balance alert in the Billing screen. This will send an to email you when your account reaches the defined amount.
