We are charged by our telecommunications partners when messages are sent from our platform to reach their servers. This charge is before the messages reach their destination, or return a bounced status.
Because of this, we charge for messages when they are sent or scheduled.
We recommend you regularly review your message reports, confirming details for new bounces and removing any numbers that regularly bounce. Hard bounces can all be quickly deleted.
1. Navigate to your Activity tab.
2. Select the 'Report' link on your campaign, which will take you to your SMS status reports.
3. Select the 'Bounced' tab
4. Under the 'Bounced' tab you will see a 'Delete Hard Bounces' text link. Click this text.
5. Select 'Confirm' to save and apply your changes.
