Issuing a Request as a Data Controller
In your capacity as data controller, with respect Data you have submitted through our services, you may receive a request from an end user “Data Subject Request” requiring you to execute one of the rights of the Data Subject as per GDPR regulations.
As data controller, it is ultimately your responsibility to receive and resolve a DSR. If you require Burst SMS assistance, as of May 25th, 2018, then that requirement needs to be sent to us by way of a written request specifying what you need from us "Client Request"
Prior to issuing a Client Request to us, you are responsible for verifying the individual's identity and validating the Data Subject Request. No Client Request should be sent to us until you have done this.
Client Requests should be emailed to [email protected]. In your email please make sure the subject line states “GDPR Data Subject Rights Request”. Multiple data subject requests should each be listed in a separate email with all the required information filled in. To ensure requests are properly and promptly responded to, we require the following information:
- Request Capacity: Data Controller
- Mobile (MSISDN)
- Other ID (Where applicable)
- GDPR Right being exercised
- Specific Instructions
For each valid Client Request, we expect to respond within a reasonable time frame to allow you to meet the default time limit of 30 days. Where a request is complicated, meaning more time is required, we will notify you within 30 days setting out the time required for us to process this request, up to a maximum of 2 months.

In our capacity as data controller,a and you as data subject with personal data you may have submitted to get access to our services or marketing material, you may execute any one of the rights of a Data Subject as per GDPR regulations.
