1) Send a yearly "Happy Birthday" message
All you need is Burst SMS contact list, that includes a custom field with the recipients birthday. When you create the sequence, you can set Sequencer to send the SMS on the date in the birthday field.
You never need to look at the sequence again. Customers can be added or removed form the contact list and changes will flow seamlessly to Sequencer.
2) Send weekly reminder messages for your clients appointments
All you need is Burst SMS contact list, that includes a custom field with the date and time of the appointment. In Sequencer, you will use that field to determine when to send the reminder message. Many customers like to send the day before the appointment, at the time of the appointment.
