When you create a Keyword campaign you may receive replies from your recipients using your keyword. Keyword replies can be automatically forwarded to an email of your choice. 

Instructions

1. In the top navigation bar, click the 'Keywords' tab.

N.B If you have already created a Keyword campaign, select 'Edit' in the Actions column and then skip to Step 3. 

2. Click 'New Keyword' button.

3. In the 'Forward to Email' field, select 'Yes' from the dropdown.

4. In the field to the right, input the email you wish responses to be email to. Multiple email addresses must be separated by a comma. 

4. Click 'Activate' to finish.
