When a recipient send an SMS keyword to your account, you can forward the message to an email address.



1. Select the 'Keywords' tab to navigate to Keyword management


2. Select 'New Keyword'


If you have already created your keyword, find your keyword in the list and select 'Edit' from the Actions column of your keyword.




2. In the pop-up, navigate to 'Forward to Mobile'. From the dropdown menu, select 'Yes'. 

3. Enter the mobile number you wish the replies to be forwarded to. Separate multiple phone numbers with a comma. 


 



4. Press the 'Save' button to apply your changes.
