You can set an email address on a dedicated virtual mobile number that will capture all incoming SMS and forward it to your email. Whether it be responses, keywords, opt-outs or any messages sent to the number. You can receive these and process them however you see fit. You can use multiple email addresses by separating them with commas.
To forward messages sent to your dedicated virtual mobile number:
1. Click on your NUMBERS section from the top menu.
2. Click on Inbound Options.
3. Select YES for the Forward to Email option.
4. Enter your email address.
5. Press the UPDATE button.
