Humpybong State School was looking for an easy to use and effective communication tool to inform parents of upcoming school events as well as an alternative method to collect and collate information from parents on child absences.
Solution
The Burst SMS web platform allows Humpybong State School to send text messages to parents on upcoming school events and also provides a 2 way messaging channel between staff and parents for collecting information on child absences and forward responses to Email. The responses can also be exported into a report.
