We have been working very hard on developing even easier ways for you to communicate. We are pleased to announce the release of a brand new way that responses to campaigns are handled.
Now instead of just appearing online and being sent as a CSV to your email, all individual responses can be received as emails. This means you can reply to the email and send a return text message to engage the person one to one.
This is an optional setting so if you are sending large campaigns you can still get your online reports from where you can export a CSV file.
