We're making some improvements to our platform in the next couple of weeks. This includes the implementation of a fully managed user authentication service. While we make our platform more secure, you and your managed accounts may notice some cosmetic changes to your login pages.
A New Login Page
From next week (Tuesday night October 6th), you will be directed to the following page when you login to your TransmitSMS account:
You can enter your Burst SMS login credentials as normal on this page in order to access your account.
Notifying your customers
Please note that as we implement this process, there may be some small cosmetic changes to the page. Your logo may not be visible yet for your customers. We promise it's coming soon!
We encourage you to make use of the Customer Announcement settings in your Reseller account to alert your customers to this upcoming change.
We are building a better platform for you. This change will improve uptime and security for you and your customers. Soon, we will add more security features to help protect your account and data, and bring new ways of growing your business to you.
